We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in good standing to join our dynamic team. You will deliver nursing care tailored to individual patient needs while collaborating with families and health professionals. The role includes advocating for patient rights and ensuring safety in home environments, making a positive impact on community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate patient care plans collaboratively with families and professionals

• Deliver nursing care as outlined in the care plan

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments

• Advocate for patient rights and promote safety

• Share knowledge with other healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year of recent community experience

• Strong problem-solving and crisis resolution skills

• Excellent communication abilities, written and verbal

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
