As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work alongside a team of experienced physical therapists to provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of conditions and injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans and helping patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

• Assist the physical therapist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of the physical therapist, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques
• Monitor patients' progress and document any changes or improvements in their condition
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their condition
• Communicate with the physical therapist and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of patient care

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
