What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manageable Caseload:
    Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need:

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

State Licensure where required

ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting

Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment

$80,000 — $95,000 USD
