Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in government contracting
. This role will play a key part in supporting the accounting function, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
. - Lead and support month-end close processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
. - Support DCAA audits and incurred cost submissions
. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Government contracting experience
.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Costpoint accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
