Join our growing team of professionals in the residential real estate investment industry, headquartered in Tyson’s Corner, VA. We are looking for an experienced Field Manager who will oversee the project management of home renovations across the greater Maryland area.

• Manage and complete 3-6 renovation projects per month, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Recruit contractors, negotiate and manage contracts with all trades and subcontractors.
• Seek cost‑saving opportunities and streamline construction processes.
• Coordinate project timelines, respond to inspections, and deliver necessary equipment to job sites.
• Conduct final inspections and document work with detailed photos.

• 5+ years of real‑estate or construction project management experience in home building, renovation, or insurance restoration.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must reside in Maryland and be able to travel to multiple sites within the region.

Compensation Range: $90,000–$130,000 per year (including base and bonus).
