- Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously from award through closeout
- Own project budgets, cost projections, billing, change orders, and overall financial performance
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and field operations
- Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field leadership to properly plan and execute projects
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with general contractors and other trades
- Identify scope changes and additional work and effectively manage change orders
- Monitor production, costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and project teams
- Participate in project turnover, preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and closeout
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to company leadership
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
- Specialty subcontracting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and cost management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, billing, and change management
- Ability to effectively lead and coordinate field personnel
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Accountable, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
