Position Overview

Lake Ridge Endodontics is a thriving, patient-centered practice that offers high-quality endodontic care in a modern, state-of-the-art environment. This full-time role is open to candidates with 3–5 years of experience. We seek a highly motivated and skilled Endodontist to join our growing team and help us continue our mission of delivering exceptional care.

• Perform high-quality endodontic procedures (root canals, retreatments, and surgeries) with a focus on patient comfort and care
• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and post-treatment care for a wide range of cases
• Collaborate with other specialists and our skilled dental support team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on endodontic procedures, prevention, and overall oral hygiene
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Foster a positive and professional environment for both patients and staff
• Participate in the growth and development of the practice, including opportunities for mentorship and future ownership
