Northern Virginia community based Hematologist Oncologist

A well-established physician-led hematology oncology practice in Northern Virginia is seeking a BC/BE hematologist/ medical oncologist to join a growing collaborative team.

The practice operates across 3 locations with this opportunity mainly focused on Woodbridge and Stafford locations.

Practice provides comprehensive outpatient oncology services and is recognized for high-quality patient-centered care. This position offers a collegial work environment experience, clinical and administrative support, and a clear path for long-term professional growth.

Competitive compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $ 400,000--$450,000 commensurate with experience, with profit sharing beginning year 2.

Hospital leadership and committees membership as well as tumor board attendance is encouraged and will be compensated up to additional $15,000/year.
