Pay: $14.00

Hours: No weekends! Part-time (mornings and/or afternoons). The before‑school hours are from 6:00 to 9:15 AM, and the after‑school hours are from 3:00 to 6:30 PM.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant
, you'll help shape meaningful before and after‑school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high‑energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• $14.00/hour and no experience necessary!
