• We are seeking an experienced GIS Administrator to support and maintain enterprise GIS platforms for a municipal/utility environment.
• The role will be responsible for administering ESRI GIS solutions with Cityworks as the primary asset and work management backend, ensuring seamless integration with SQL Server databases, enterprise systems, and operational workflows.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ESRI ArcGIS, Cityworks AMS/PLL, and SQL, along with experience supporting utility asset data, workflows, and reporting.

• 5–10 years of experience as a GIS Administrator or GIS Analyst in an enterprise environment.

• ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Cityworks AMS and/or PLL.
• SQL Server.
• Experience supporting municipal, water, wastewater, or public works environments.
• Proficiency in spatial data management and enterprise geodatabases.
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.

• Administer Cityworks AMS and/or PLL as the enterprise asset and work management system.
• Configure Cityworks workflows, inspections, work orders, and asset hierarchies.
• Manage integrations between Cityworks and ESRI GIS, ensuring spatial accuracy and data synchronization.
• Support Cityworks upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.

• Stable and optimized GIS and Cityworks environments.
• Accurate and reliable asset and work management data.
• Documented system configurations and workflows.
• User training materials and knowledge transfer documentation.
