Multi-Unit Team Leader

• Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and guide customer-centric teams to accelerate the seasonal tax business.
• Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving office growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
• Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season; from January to April, transition to full-time with evening and weekend hours as needed; this role is in-person and not remote.

• Multi-unit people management experience in the retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries.
• People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates; demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and leading towards a growth culture.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills; able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-centric mindset.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with an equivalent combination of experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).
• Travel between offices as required.
