• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques

• Minimum of 25 hours a week
• Must work at least 1 weekend day/night shift

• Monday 12pm-8pm / 2pm-8pm / 4pm-8pm
• Tuesday 2pm-8pm
• Wednesday 2pm-8pm
• Thursday 2pm-8pm
• Friday 12pm-8pm / 2pm-8pm / 4pm-8pm
• Saturday 12pm-8pm / 2pm-8pm / 4pm-8pm (Saturday shift a MUST)
• Sunday 10am-6pm

Must be able to attend all days of training

Interview consists of a hands on practical to assess the natural skillset for applying lashes.

Must be LICENSED as a COSMETOLOGIST or an ESTHETICIAN.

• Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques, including the use of adhesive and various lash types
• Knowledge of different lash styles and lengths to create customized looks for clients
• Familiarity with tattooing or dermal fillers is a plus
• Strong guest service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales or upselling is preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced salon environment
• Knowledge of facial waxing
