Our family‑owned primary care physician’s office in Woodbridge is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. The doctor is committed to teaching and training the right candidate from the ground up.

• Greet patients, check them in, verify insurance, and update patient records
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily office communications
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and help maintain an organized, welcoming front office
• Provide translation and support for Spanish‑speaking patients
• Support clinical staff with simple non‑clinical tasks (training provided)
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, electronic files)

• Experience in medical office settings or customer service
• Interest in medical assisting, nursing, public health, or other healthcare careers
