Step Ahead ABA is hiring an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy in Woodbridge, VA, Monday–Friday evenings. You’ll implement a BCBA-created plan, collect session data, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA. This is a flexible, client-centered role with clear advancement pathways and an emphasis on advocacy for autistic youth.
We offer competitive hourly pay ($22–$23) with paid non-billable time, bonus opportunities for cancellations, and a Capella tuition partnership. Equal opportunity employer.
