Employee Relations & HR Manager NoVA

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a corporate group with multiple sites across Northern Virginia, is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Manager to support their busy team!

• Manage the full employee relations lifecycle including intake, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Build relationships with managers and leaders across the company and sites around Northern Virginia.
• Track and manage Leave of Absence requests and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for policies and procedures, supporting implementation across the organization.
• Manage a small team of HR support members.
• Support special projects and initiatives across the HR team and organization.

• A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience is required.
• Proactive team player with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Tech-savvy with experience utilizing HRIS (Workday preferred, but not required).

$100K-$130K salary (DOE) Comprehensive and generous benefits package. On-site 5x/week in the Northern Virginia office with the ability to visit sites around the area.
