Architect –Technical Lead

Position Type: Full-time

The Senior  Tech Lead/Developer will work on  projects to design and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to internal business users that utilize  and related support systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-facing skills, along with extensive experience in enterprise business application development and systems integration.

• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and updates related to  software and system administration.
• Manage  CRM project deliveries, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, data migration, deployment, and user training.
• Oversee multiple  initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage various stakeholders with competing priorities independently.
• Apply strong strategic focus and business analysis skills; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; mentor and motivate team members.
• Maintain attention to detail while considering the overall impact of solutions on the application ecosystem.
• Design and implement new enhancements, including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
• Leverage out-of-the-box functionalities where possible to minimize customizations.
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, App Exchange apps,  pages, and integrations with third-party solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
• Lead the implementation and management of complex sales, marketing, legal, and service business processes into technical solutions primarily on the  platform.
• Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and support training for new end users on

This position supports marketing and sales technical systems development and support for the business. Initially, there are no internal employee reports or budget responsibilities, but oversight of external  developers, admins, and analysts is required.

Experience: 7+ to 10 years of relevant experience.
