OverviewSev1
Tech is looking for a UC (Unified Communications) Solutions Architect to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer. The project is focused on infrastructure management and operations – e.g., monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, patching, unified communications, hosting – with an emphasis on automation to:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Skill‑set/work experience equivalence to Cisco CCDP or CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the IT field – with a focus in UC delivery mechanisms and their utilization by customers throughout an enterprise
Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
