Hand & Stone Regional Spa Manager will oversee multiple spa locations in Brandywine, MD, Woodbridge, VA and Sterling, VA focusing on operations, sales, and staff management. Responsibilities include supporting spa managers, ensuring consistent service delivery, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards across their assigned locations.

• Operational Support:
  Providing guidance and support to spa managers and staff on day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Sales & Revenue Generation:
  Implementing strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability across all locations.
• Staff Management:
  Recruiting, training, and managing spa teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as upholding Hand & Stone's brand standards.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess spa performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
• Communication &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Maintaining regular communication with spa managers, corporate departments (e.g., Training, Marketing, IT), and franchise owners.

• Leadership & Management:
  Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Sales & Customer Service:
  Strong sales acumen, with experience in consultative selling, upselling, and client retention strategies.
• Operational Expertise:
  Knowledge of spa operations, including POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
• Communication & Interpersonal

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving:
  Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
