• 7am-3pm Weekends
• 3pm-11pm Weekends
• 11pm-7am Weekends

• The Registered/Licensed Nurse will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered/Licensed Nurse follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• The Registered/Licensed Nurse performs Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state Virginia
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• MUST have prior nursing home experience
