• Any RN student graduating by Spring 2026.
• Any new RN grad with less than 12‑months of experience.

• $7,500 sign‑on bonus for all qualified new grads hired from this event.
• Qualified new grads accepting an offer in Med‑Surg units are eligible for an additional $4,500 sign‑on bonus.
