DaVita is seeking a Nurse for an outpatient dialysis center. You will deliver empathetic, compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families.
• Work in a supportive, positive team environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
• Oversee patient group with support of PCTs for observations, stats, and machine setup.
• Work each day with head, heart, and hands in a fast‑paced environment.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma from accredited program is acceptable.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is appreciated.
