OverviewSummary: Become a Showing Agent and Thrive in Northern Virginia’s Real Estate Market. We’re seeking more than just someone looking for a typical real estate role. Our ideal candidate is a driven professional eager to excel, willing to outwork others, and determined to rise to the top.
What we provide: As one of the fastest-growing teams in Northern Virginia, we close over 50 deals annually and generate over 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. With the introduction of Zillow Flex, we need a showing agent who can keep pace with our momentum and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities- Leading committed buyers on home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establishing yourself as the go-to agent buyers trust when ready to purchase
- Growing your personal network while representing our energetic team
- Gaining hands-on experience from top-performing agents who consistently close sales
- Embracing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, when deals often come together
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- A valid Virginia real estate license and the confidence to actively utilize it
- Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to respond quickly
- A genuine desire to learn from industry leaders
- A competitive mindset paired with relentless ambition
- The capability to work independently and tackle challenges proactively
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Licensed real estate professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
