• Conduct thorough fire safety and periodic maintenance inspections in assigned areas.
• Ensure smoke detectors are functional, clean, and correctly positioned.
• Install essential safety products like smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and residential fire suppression systems.
• Educate tenants on fire safety and the proper use of safety products.
• Document your findings with detailed electronic reports and pictures.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory counts of all products on your work truck.

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of residential fire safety.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with power tools and ladders.
• Proficient with mobile tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.

• Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 75 pounds.

• Previous inspection experience is a plus but not required.
