The Driver/Activities Assistant is responsible for transporting residents on schedule, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting with resident activities during un‑booked times.

• Assist residents in safely entering and exiting the vehicle or bus according to motor vehicle laws.
• Deliver packages or purchases obtained during shopping excursions or activities.
• Obey all state motor‑vehicle and driving laws, ensuring safe transportation of residents.
• Maintain logs of riders and carry emergency contact lists of all on‑board residents.
• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents through our 6‑dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and their families, contributing positively to their lives.
• Use creativity and have fun at work.
