Area Manager – WA, OR MT; and Upcoming Graduates

Area Manager 2026 – WA, OR, , MT (Recent and Upcoming Graduates) s is a full-time, entry-level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Amazon is seeking customer-focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our Operations network. Our warehouses are fast-paced environments where standing, walking, and on-the-production-floor conversations are common as a supply chain leader.

• Engage, lead and develop your team in a warehouse environment
• Motivate, mentor and manage the team to meet goals
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance and performance standards
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment where applicable, and step in as needed
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs. Most sites follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (you must have all degree requirements met before your first day)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $63,600/year to $82,700/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of total compensation.
