What You’ll Do- Maintain spare‑parts inventory and conduct regular audits.
- Provide software training to end users and serve as liaison for system problems.
- Work with the corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures, and scheduling.
- Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
- Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
- Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
- Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with our client and operations maintenance team members.
- Perform other job‑related duties as needed or assigned.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and possess:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
- Experience with enterprise software and an understanding of standard work processes.
- Effective communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Associate degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management.
