Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product and service information
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with order tracking and returns
- Maintain customer records and update information
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and team-oriented
Pay: $18-21
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
