• Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN/On‑Call shifts available
• Flexibility in scheduling – ask us what options are available

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Applies effective problem‑solving skills to support patient progress
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Problem‑solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
