Role Summary

As the Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. You’ll also serve as a mentor to your team, helping to cultivate a positive, growth‑oriented environment. This is your opportunity to lead with heart, make a difference, and grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Nursing Services Department, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee and develop individualized care plans and clinical assessments
  • Manage departmental budgets, including staffing, equipment, and supplies
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected clinical challenges
  • Mentor and support staff development and performance
  • Collaborate with leadership on continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon
  • BSN preferred
  • 3+ years of nursing leadership experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative nursing practices and long‑term care regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
