- Mail/PACKAGES/POUCHES:
Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to assigned floors and within established time frames; wrap, seal, weigh, affix postage and dispatch all outgoing mail/packages in accordance with postal regulations; prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches; process outgoing overnight items (e.g., Federal Express, UPS) to meet client/vendor deadlines; deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames; log outgoing and incoming items for accuracy and completeness. - Post Office, Bank Runs Daily:
Pick up mail each morning at Egan Post Office to be brought to Illumifin office by 7am; certified mail delivery to Woodbury Post Office 2x weekly (Tuesday and Friday); drop off checks at local Bank of America branch daily. - Supplies/Copying/Faxing:
Organize and distribute supplies, verify and log orders, monitor inventory of copy supplies, stock paper and toner; handle distribution of items to client employees; estimate runtimes for small to medium photocopy jobs; verify quality and accuracy of copies; produce bound copies on request; deliver and pick up copy jobs; perform minor maintenance on copiers as needed; operate fax machines with logs and data entry for client charge backs;
generate activity, confirmation reports, and notify receivers as necessary; prepare monthly production and volume reports. - May perform additional functions at the direction of the Site Manager: set up/maintain kitchen areas and conference rooms, order food and beverages; provide reception duties (answer phones, take messages, greet visitors); move boxes, supplies or furniture; replace light bulbs; assist with document scanning; assist in preparing outgoing items for shipping; learn new features of office equipment as technology evolves.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Some computer skills preferred
- Ability to perform or quickly learn routine functions of equipment & systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping tracking, photocopying, color copying, etc.)
- Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30am – 2:00pm
- Physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
