- Greet and welcome patients and their families with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive start to their visit.
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently, balancing the needs of our patients and the practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing clear information about procedures, appointments, and billing.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and provide solutions or elevate issues as necessary.
- Assist in managing the practice's schedule, optimizing appointment slots to maximize patient care and minimize wait times while focusing on meeting daily production goals.
- Experience in a dental setting, pediatrics preferred but not required, ensuring familiarity with patient care processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing patient needs with practice priorities.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Strong communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software (Open Dental) to maintain accurate patient records.
