Responsibilities- Aid dentists by deliberating the best way to treat a variety of dental disease.
- Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history.
- Educate patients of all ages on how to take care of their teeth through good flossing and brushing twice daily.
- Advise patients on how to properly care for their teeth after a procedure or operation.
- Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state.
- Valid CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist.
- Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines.
Compensation: $35 - $40 hourly.
