Are you an Otolaryngologist (ENT) seeking a collaborative, patient‑centered practice with strong clinical support and a built‑in referral network? We invite experienced ENTs and recent residency graduates to explore this exceptional opportunity in the Twin Cities metro area.

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck, ears, nose, throat, respiratory, and upper alimentary systems—including disorders of hearing and voice.
• Deliver care in an ambulatory clinic, as well as inpatient settings, performing surgery at an outpatient surgery center and in hospitals as needed.
• Participate in hospital call rotation with ENT partners.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or foreign equivalent from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA‑accredited residency in Otolaryngology.
• Licensed Physician – MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire.
• ACLS/BLS Tier 3 – Multisource required within 180 days.

Medium work: lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally; up to 25 lbs frequently, in line with Allina's Safe Patient‑Moving Policy.

• High‑functioning team of nine board‑certified ENT physicians providing comprehensive adult and pediatric care.
• Opportunity to general ENT with pathways to specialize.
• Supported by nine experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to enhance clinic flow.
• Call rotation: Q8, no less than Q4.
• Dedicated ENT‑specific RNs, MAs, and full‑time audiologists.
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system.
• Strong referral base and close partnership with primary care.

$440,000 to $700,000 per year (starting base pay range; actual rate depends on experience, education, union agreement).
