Student Success Advisor

Help students overcome obstacles, stay on track, and build confidence on their path to success.

About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about student success and making a meaningful difference every day? Our staffing agency is seeking a dedicated Student Success Advisor for a university partner. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, solutions-driven, and energized by helping students navigate academic, personal, and financial challenges so they can remain engaged and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional student care and service while helping resolve concerns that support retention, persistence, and overall student success.
  • Provide student advising, advocacy, service support, and case management across areas such as academic policy, satisfactory academic progress, excused absences, leaves and withdrawals, academic records, student finance, student insurance, and compliance.
  • Support and improve initiatives that increase student engagement with orientation programs, academic success resources, and student development opportunities.
  • Partner with academic support teams and key stakeholders to develop program-level and individualized interventions for at-risk students.
  • Take a holistic approach to student support by assisting students with personal, social, financial, and academic challenges.
  • Coordinate student communications, meetings, and status updates to encourage growth, accountability, and continued progress.
  • Promote student connection and belonging through peer tutoring, mentoring programs, learning communities, student organizations, and co-curricular activities.
  • Maintain and leverage university, local, state, and national resource databases to connect students with wellness services, financial support, scholarships, tutoring, support groups, career services, and other critical resources.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to support students through sensitive, complex, or high-priority situations with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and connect students to the right resources.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a student-centered environment.
Why This Role Stands Out

This is a great remote opportunity for a service-minded professional who wants to do more than manage a caseload—you’ll help students feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed.
