You’ll work directly with people in need of assistance, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs, across 15 states.

• Provide hands‑on care:
  Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment:
  Keep the living space clean and secure, supporting individuals to reach their personal goals.
• Mentor and guide:
  Offer supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Good communication skills: reading, writing, and verbal communication to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with the team.

• Fixed rate: $18.50/hr.
• Variety of full-time and part-time schedules. All positions require availability for some weekends and holidays.
