The Surgical Technologist practices under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an autonomous and collegial manner, integrating critical thinking skills, commitment, creativity and caring.

Minimum of one (1) shift per two-week pay period. Variable start times between 0615–0900. Eight (8) hour shifts. Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage as needed.

• Must be certified through one of the following Surgical Technologist Programs: CST ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) or NCCT () at time of hire or obtain the certification within 12 months of hire.

• Currently validated CPR skills preferred
• Practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of aseptic technique and sterilization methods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
