Primary duties include:

• Check in employees and highlight on the Open Table system.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and takeout orders.
• Keep menus clean and organized.
• Greet, check in, and seat guests.
• Print special instructions from Open Table and hand off to servers.
• Review reservations and plan the shift.
• Use Open Table to capture guest information.
• Coordinate with the manager to ensure proper wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and restrooms.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading and computer skills.
• Ability to scan for clean, unoccupied tables.
• Work well independently and with others.
• Organize and multi-task effectively.

This is an hourly position with variable hours, typically from 9 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
