Who You Are

As Branch Manager, you are responsible for leading branch management to develop and implement common business strategies throughout the company. This role oversees the day-to-day functions of the branch location, and is responsible for the branch's brand image within the local market and throughout the Company. You will provide leadership and guidance to all staff to facilitate an environment of continuous improvement and ensure key business performance objectives are met or exceeded.

You will be counted on to ensure the growth and profitability of the branch by managing the budget, controlling expenses, prioritizing safety, and building/maintaining customer relationships.

Some examples of the work you might do includes:

  • Advocates and reinforces the guiding principles, wellness program, and safety culture of the Company.
  • Leadership & Strategy Implementation: The Branch Manager drives the branch's strategic direction and overall success. Develops and implements an operating plan that aligns local objectives with corporate goals, guiding the team to deliver results that meet or exceed targets. Fosters collaboration with senior leadership to ensure readiness for future success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acts as the link between the branch and corporate departments (LCS, finance, marketing, People & Culture). Facilitates communication and teamwork, drives cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Leadership: Owns the branch's financial health, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Develops business plans aligned with growth objectives, optimizes resource allocation, and ensures profitability. Conducts weekly branch reviews and quarterly offsites to identify improvements and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and risk management.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Champions a customer-first culture, works with the team to understand needs and provide solutions that drive loyalty and partnerships. Engages with key clients through on-site visits and tailored service.
  • Sales Strategist Development: Executes the branch's sales strategy, identifies and nurtures key accounts, and develops executive-level strategies for must-win accounts in collaboration with VP of Sales and General Manager.
