Confidential Job Posting – Front Desk Receptionist
A skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with prior front desk or office experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:- Greet visitors, candidates, and guests
- Answer phones & direct calls appropriately
- Provide general facility information (address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.)
- Manage conference room calendars
- Receive, sort & forward incoming mail
- Coordinate express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
- Order, receive, stock & distribute office supplies
- Perform clerical tasks: photocopying, faxing, filing, collating
- Front desk/administrative/office experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude; able to work efficiently
