Scheduling SpecialistFull Time Woodbury, NJ, US
Salary Range: $23.00 To $24.00 Hourly
FUNCTION:
The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible to assign staff to clients.
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Input and update of data related to Employment/Client Scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up to date files and records
- General office administrative support
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Office Word
- Assist staff with directions and paperwork
- Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere at the work site by placing emphasis on team work and mutual respect between consumer and others at the job site.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Scheduling Manager.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite. Office experience highly desirable.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position is performed indoors at a computer desk. Disagreeable elements are absent.
Staff who hold this position will cooperate with the agency and Division of Developmental Disabilities staff in any inspections or investigations.
