Job Overview

Hi, we’re Kapture Pest Control — the fastest‑growing commercial pest control company in New Jersey. We protect warehouses, manufacturers, logistics hubs, and food facilities from pest problems that can shut a business down. Our reputation is built on performance, and our growth has landed us on the Inc. 5000 list with over 1,000 five‑star Google reviews.

We’re expanding our outside sales team from 12 to 15 reps and are looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow‑through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before — especially to small businesses — you’ll be off to a fast start.

If not, we’ll train you to get there.

Base Pay Range

$/yr – $/yr

Responsibilities & Benefits
  • Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
  • Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
  • Follow up, follow through, and close
  • Learn how our services solve high‑stakes problems for businesses
  • Own your calendar and your territory
  • Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
  • $120K+ on‑target earnings (W2)
  • Sole territory (Long Branch, Camden, Woodbury areas available)
