Building Maintenance Technician

** Our client, a leading Property Management and Facility Services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Building Operations Department supporting property management, tenants, and facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently - all essential for success in this role.

* $28 Per Hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on building systems, following safety rules and procedures.

+ Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.

+ Respond to service requests, tenant concerns, and emergency calls (24/7 on-call rotation).

+ Conduct property inspections, complete maintenance logs, and manage work orders.

+ Assist with construction projects, tenant improvements, and capital renovation coordination.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance experience.

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ HVAC certification preferred (but not required).
