Responsibilities:

• Enhance the customer buying process through professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare and showcase demo vehicles with latest technology
• Inform customers about product performance and benefits
• Build rapport with customers
• Manage incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations via email and text
• Prepare email collateral for clients before scheduled appointments

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Enthusiastic and energetic during sales activities
• Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections
• Strong customer service skills and sales history
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Persuasive with the ability to overcome objections
• Customer-focused approach to enhance sales
• Willing to learn dealership practices and improve customer service skills
• Prepared to quickly learn new products
