• Leading a variety of land development and construction survey projects
• Drafting survey documents and legal descriptions using AutoCAD/Civil3D
• Collaborating with clients, field crews, and internal teams
• Mentoring junior staff and helping shape best practices
• Visiting project sites to ensure quality and coordination
• Researching property records and resolving boundaries with confidence

• Washington State PLS license (multi-state is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in both field and office surveying
• Strong understanding of WA survey standards, boundary law, and control networks
• Familiarity with Leica robotic total stations and GPS equipment
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to keep improving
