Principal Civil Engineer

An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking aPrincipal Civil Engineer to be a key leader in their organization, responsible for overseeing the design and management of residential, commercial, and public development projects either at their Woodinville, WA or Kent, WA location.

Your Day Includes

• Leading a team of engineers and project managers.
• Overseeing design, permitting, and compliance for various development projects.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and client relations.
• Preparing technical reports, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Developing new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.

Must Haves

• BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
• 15+ years of engineering and management experience in land development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License (multi-state preferred).
• Strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Experience with permitting strategies and land use codes.
