Wage Range: $24.42 - $39.06 per hour - MA State Certified
Wage Range: $26.91 - $43.05 per hour - Nationally Certified
Bonus:
Up to $5,000 for those new to Evergreen Health with at least one year of experience.
Bonus:
Up to $2,500 for new MA graduates.
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined based on relevant experience, education level, and internal equity.
Job Summary:Responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety.
Primary Duties:- Efficiently utilizes EMR and follows proper data entry and retrieval processes.
- Communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Experience:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or coursework towards WA State Medical Assistant Certification.
- Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification.
- Current national certification through AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or AMCA.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by the date of hire.
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
Desired:
- National certification through AAMA preferred.
- At least 1 year of MA experience in a healthcare setting.
