Dispatchers facilitate logistics coordination with customers, sales, drivers, and yard employees to ensure we uphold industry‑leading customer service. Adapt and organize on the fly, maintain contingencies as fail‑safes, and guarantee delivery times are met and the right equipment shows up on site. Stay knowledgeable about inventory, yard layout, safety procedures, DOT standards, and be ready to identify delays, hazards, and communicate effectively with drivers and customers.

• Heavy customer service—taking orders from all customers and sales team.
• Management of all yard employees and drivers.
• Management of DPN truck fleet and forklift maintenance.
• Management of all DPN rental inventory, tracking, and cycle counting.
• Ensuring maintenance and testing of all DPN rental inventory.
• Entry of all orders into DPN proprietary ERP system.
• Management of all paperwork processing; bills of lading and return documentation.
• Management of all customer invoices and bill outs.
• Management of all damage and repairs of DPN rental inventory.
• Management of all yard safety and inspections to meet OSHA and DPN standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Managing purchasing of all yard supplies and replacement of DPN rental inventory.
• Providing quotes to customers and sales team.
• Dispatching of all delivery and return trucking for DPN rental inventory.
• Management of all training and certifications of yard and drivers.

Salary range: $75,000‑$90,000
