PositionSummary
The Vice President of Restoration at Coit Cleaning and Restoration is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's restoration services. This executive role ensures operational excellence, strategic planning, and leadership across restoration projects to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all restoration operations and sales.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of restoration jobs.
- Develop and oversee restoration sales and the sales team.
- Manage the development and growth of restoration program work.
- Manage and mentor regional and local restoration teams to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services.
- Be available to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
- Attend training meetings as required.
- Be a good ambassador/representative for COIT Services, Inc.
- Proficient with restoration industry management systems such as Xact Analysis, MICA, and other vendor portals.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organization skills and proven attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.)
- Ability to recognize and rectify problems.
