A Marketing Specialist position is available in Woodinville, WA with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. This role supports marketing and administrative efforts for our Washington Luxury brands, including annual marketing plan execution, asset development, and cross‑functional project coordination with winemaking, production, purchasing, communications, digital, and guest services. We’re seeking a self‑motivated professional with strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
This position will require a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in office a week.

- Support the development, management and execution of annual marketing plans and long‑term brand plans for assigned brands, leveraging consumer and market insights.
- Communicate extensively with production and sales teams regarding timelines and distribution needs for new releases and sales tools.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects/initiatives/campaigns/promotions.
- Collaborate and drive creativity and inclusion with internal teams including trade marketing, digital engagement, communications, consumer insights, creative services, compliance, finance, accounting, demand planning, winemaking, procurement, retail/guest services, and sales.
- Coordinate with various types of external agency partners, including public relations, package design, and event/experiential agencies.
- Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
- 2+ years Business to Consumer marketing experience, beverage‑alcohol or consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with 3rd‑party syndicated data, such as AC Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, MRI, Simmons, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
$63,085.00 - $81,932.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
