Season Length: The position starts April 1, 2024, and will end on October 15, 2024. There will not be extensions on either end. Candidate must be able to work the entire season.

Shift:
Monday-Thursday. 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:

• Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: lawncare, bed care (raking, weeding, etc), pruning/plant care
• Operate basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as lawn mower, backpack blowers, hand pruners, etc.
• Promote and maintain safe working conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
• This job involves significant movement on your feet throughout the workday

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis and to be able to walk up to 8,000 steps/day
• Driver’s License preferred
• Ability to Communicate in Both English and Spanish preferred
• Commitment to 100% on-time attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions
• Willingness to work as a team with a diverse set of co-workers

Starting Pay: $20.74 per hour
